Giving each role the view it actually needs

A storekeeper and a director do not need the same screen. Role-based views cut noise and keep sensitive actions with the right people.

Too much information is its own problem

A single dashboard that shows everything to everyone forces people to dig for their part. They stop looking, and issues are missed.

Each role should open to what matters most for their job, with the most urgent items first.

Access follows responsibility

A storekeeper works in one location, so that is all they should see. An operations manager works across locations. Finance needs orders and invoices but not stock movements.

Limiting access also limits mistakes, because people only see the actions they are meant to take.

Design the views around decisions

For each role, ask what decision they make most often and what they need to see to make it. Build the view around that answer.

Every supply, every location, total visibility.
